How long could you test the camping chair?
„We have now tested the chair on a total of 3 short trips this spring in Germany in mostly mixed weather.“
On which surface was the folding chair used?
„The chair almost exclusively tested on grass.“
For what purposes did you use the folding chair in the test?
„My husband is 1.86 m tall (measured) and weighs 110 kg (his specifications). We have 4 "normal" high-back chairs for our caravan, but they can only support up to 100 kg. We therefore need another chair, so that even "the crown of creation" can make himself comfortable in peace. :)“
What was the first impression of the chair?
„Overall, the chair looks very valuable and stable.“
How easy was the chair to assemble?
„Folding apart is not really tickie, but you already understand the function of the chair. Then it goes easily.“
Would you rate the chair as comfortable in the test?
„As if in Abraham's lap is still an understatement. The seat is pleasantly wide. In addition, the upholstery of the seat and backrest ensures consistently pleasant seating comfort. Even our youngest (9 years old) likes to make himself comfortable on the chair with a fleece blanket when dad isn't paying attention. He then fits in completely and doesn't even need a leg extension.“
Evaluate the adjustable backrest
„Very pleasantly padded. There you do not want to get up at all. The angle can be adjusted easily, it locks very well. Since nothing slips.“
How do you rate the upholstered seat cover?
„Pleasant and not too soft. However, we have not yet had the opportunity to test the cover in midsummer on bare skin.“
How do you feel about the weight and packing size of the camping chair?
„Of course, the chair is wide. That's what it's supposed to be. When folded, it is slightly longer than our previous chairs, but only by a few centimeters. It is also no higher than other chairs and can therefore be easily loaded into the storage box of the caravan.“
How do you like design and appearance?
„Black and plain. There was once an advertising slogan of a tire manufacturer: "Black, wide, strong". It applies to this chair. However, we do not know whether and how the chair behaves in full sun, whether it heats up more than other colored furniture.“
How do you rate the price-performance ratio?
„While we wouldn't call the chair "cheap", we would certainly call it "affordable"“
Overall impression:
„This is not our first chair, we have insofar already comparison possibilities. If you are heavier and taller than the average camper due to your build, you definitely can't go wrong with this chair. Should our previous chairs fail, the EA folding chair Mesh Deluxe XL is definitely at the top of the wish list. We have also considered a matching leg extension, no, wrong, my husband.“

„Paving stones on terrace“
For what purposes did you use the folding chair in the test?
„Mainly medium rest position for relaxing and partly at the camping table.“
What was the first impression of the chair?
„Have carefully examined the chair after setting it up, noticed the following:
Slight degrees on a screw of the side screw connection.
Seam of the cover fabric not sewn neatly.“
How easy was the chair to assemble?
„Very easy to set up and folds extremely tight for space-saving storage.“
Would you rate the chair as comfortable in the test?
„Sitting position at the camping table very good.
Lying position in the middle folding area also very good.
For this (half) lying position, a headrest would increase the lying comfort.
A footrest is absolutely necessary for this middle lying position.
Lying position in the horizontal lying area leads to overextension of the back when lying on the back (uncomfortable).
Gap between backrest cushion and seat cushion too large in my opinion.
Lying position in the horizontal lying area in side position with legs drawn up very good.“
Evaluate the adjustable backrest
„Adjustability of the backrest works flawlessly.
When the backrest is returned to its original position, the armrest does not lock by itself. Pressing the backrest again is necessary.“
How do you rate the upholstered seat cover?
„Seat cover is very comfortable.
Hardly absorbs water when the chair is in the rain, or the moisture is quickly beaten out.
The extreme pollen count (especially yellow rapeseed pollen) during the test phase requires beating out possibly vacuuming with a vacuum cleaner, so that the clothes are not soiled“
How do you feel about the weight and packing size of the camping chair?
„Weight and pack size are absolutely convincing.
Especially the narrow dimension of the folded chair is impressive.“
How do you like design and appearance?
„Design and appearance are good.
The strong yellow pollen during the test phase required regular cleaning of the frame and upholstery.
The yellow pollen leaves quite unpleasant traces on the black chair.“
How do you rate the price-performance ratio?
„The price should include headrest and footrest.“
Overall impression:
„The chair should replace the existing folding chair and health lounger to reduce weight and number of packages when camping. This goal is fully met. For the functions \"sitting and lying down\" the camping chair is a good compromise. For "normal weight" people, the narrow version of the camping chair is more suitable. Weight and pack size can then be reduced even further.“

„Very flat pack size, Sturdy, shapely seating furniture.“
How easy was the chair to assemble?
„A bit 'hooky' from the folded position.“
Would you rate the chair as comfortable in the test?
„Very comfortable and airy, not sweaty seat or back.“

„Easy and stable in all positions.“

„Just very good, as already described.“
How do you feel about the weight and packing size of the camping chair?
„The extremely flat pack size is very good. The dimensions of the chair bring difficulties when stowing in storage boxes in caravans (only horizontally possible). In motor homes with a rear garage and a medium-sized flap (Dethleffs Magic Edition), is only by extreme inclination when loading, a vertical stowage
