Every time you make a purchase with your Loyalty Card, the value of your purchase (calculated sales price of the purchased items after deduction of any discounts granted, excluding shipping costs) will be credited to your Loyalty Card bonus account.

3% bonus
From an annual purchase value of € 100
Every time you make a purchase with the Berger Loyalty Card, we save your turnover. If your annual turnover exceeds 100 €, you will receive a credit note in February of the following year for 3% of the turnover made at Berger.
5% bonus
From an annual purchase value of 1.000 €
From an annual turnover of 1.000,- € you belong to Berger's premium customers and your bonus increases to 5% of the purchase value. The bonus will be credited in February of the following year. The accumulated bonus can then be redeemed with your next order.
Exchange without receipt
With your Berger Loyalty Card you can exchange your goods easily and quickly without a receipt.
Extended right of return
As a Loyalty Card holder, your right of return is extended to 100 days.
