Modern infotainment for your car or motorhome: the XZENT X-427 integrates perfectly into the dashboard of vehicles
with 2-DIN installation slot and offers the latest navigation and entertainment functions. The capacitive 6.5"/16.5 cm real glass touch screen allows easy, intuitive and completely safe control of the device, even while driving. The X-427 is equipped with a DAB+ twin tuner, providing relaxed mobile digital radio reception of the highest quality. The sensitive DAB+ module scores with ease of use and a wide range of functions: DAB-DAB Service Following, DLSText, MOT-Slideshow as well as the background scan, which keeps the dynamic station list always up to date. In addition to an FM RDS tuner, the X-427 is equipped with two USB 2.0 ports that can be used to play audio and video files as well as connect Apple iOS and Android smartphones.

The AndroidLink function integrated on the X-427 allows smartphone apps to be mirrored on the infotainer display and conveniently controlled via touchscreen. The X-427 has two camera inputs (CVBS) with switched power and features an automatic shunting/switching function triggered by engaging reverse gear. The camera function can also be started manually via the CAM direct selection button on the front panel.

Thanks to echo-cancelling and noise suppression, the modern, easy-to-use Bluetooth 4.2 module impresses with its high voice quality. The import of up to 1000 phonebook contacts with 3 phone numbers each and a search function are just as much a part of the comfort functions as A2DP music streaming with AVRCP from smartphones.

Two optional navigation packages are available for the X-427, which complement the Infotainer as a car or motorhome naviceiver: X-MAP27- MH1 with 1 year of free map updates and X-MAP27-MH3 with 3 years of free map updates. Both navi packages include maps of 47 EU countries, an extensive P.O.I. CampingSchaf database (multilingual, lifetime licence) with information on more than 20,000 campsites and a premium P.O.I. database with more than 6.5 million points of interest.

The X-427 features the DAB-TPEG function to display traffic events faster and more accurately using Free TPEG data (country specific coverage). The NextGen navigation engine allows the input of vehicle-specific profile data
(length, width, height, weight and trailer) to calculate the route accurately, avoiding road and bridge crossings unsuitable for motorhomes.

Optimal cockpit integration
The XZENT X-427 blends perfectly with the look of many cockpits, as the illumination color of the sensor control panel can be set to match the color of the dashboard lighting.

Connection to the steering wheel remote control
The X-427 provides an input for separately available CAN/Stalk steering wheel remote control interfaces. The LFBs of FIAT Ducato (X290) vehicles are also supported ex factory, no separate SWC interface is required.

Navigation packages X-MAP27-MH1 / MH3
With the optional navigation packages X-MAP27- MH1 and X-MAP27-MH3, the X-427 can easily be upgraded to an optimally equipped naviceiver - for use with passenger cars or motorhomes.

Capacitive TFT LCD display
The X-427 has a capacitive 6.5"/ 16.5 cm touchscreen. The high-gloss, very clear real glass display impresses with its rich contrast, brilliant colours and high luminosity.

DAB+ twin tuner
The X-427 has a DAB+ twin tuner with MOT slideshow, dynamic station list, DAB-DAB service following and DLSText. Clear digital radio reception and ease of use are added pluses.

AndroidLink
The AndroidLink app for Android smartphones integrated on the XZENT allows the mobile phone display to be mirrored onto the infotainer display and app functions to be controlled directly via the X-427's touchscreen.

Audio/Video playback
Two USB ports on the rear of the unit, Made for iPod/iPhone, HDMI input - the XZENT is ideally equipped to play back the latest A/V formats.

Bluetooth Handsfree + Music Streaming
Hands-free calling with excellent voice quality, phone book synchronisation and a search function are all features of the X-427, and all functions can be operated safely while driving.

FM RDS Radio
The integrated FM RDS tuner has a software DSP that ensures clear, noise-free radio reception even with weaker stations. The radio stations can be stored in 18 station memories.

Rear camera connections
The X-427 has two RCA inputs (Cam1/Cam2) for connection and control of two cameras with switched power supply and marshalling/switching function.

CAM direct dial sensor button
In addition to the FAV button configurable via the system menu, the X-427 also has a CAM direct selection button on the front panel that allows manual control of the rear camera.

Shortened body
Compared to other 2-DIN models, the X-427's housing depth is approximately 20 mm shorter. This simplifies installation by providing more space for connections and cables.
