Chocoala
We have integrated Chocoala into our website, an advertising service from userwerk GmbH, Ehinger Str.19, 89077 Ulm, Email: kontakt@userwerk.com. Chocoala communicates special offers on different products for suppliers, in particular free trial subscriptions of different media and other perks. If the customer, who must be of full legal age, goes through the ordering process with us, as a thank you for their order they will be able to choose from the product supplier's special offers upon completing the order. After selecting the desired offer, an order form managed by Chocoala will appear containing the customer's personal data which were saved in the shop system upon making their purchase. Every time the Chocoala order form is called up, automated data and information is gathered from the computer system of the device calling up said form. Furthermore, the customer's title, specified year of birth, country, postcode and hash value of the email address will be sent to Chocoala as pseudonymised data. The above-mentioned data is stored on the one hand to ensure that the system is secure and stable, and furthermore for guarantee purposes and other administrative purposes. The data are also gathered for advertising and market research purposes and/or to design our order form based on needs and if necessary to create a user profile. The hash value of the email address is evaluated as pseudonymised data in order to analyse any objection that may have been declared to advertising with regard to the stored email address. The legal basis for the temporary storage of data is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Under no circumstances does Chocoala use the data gathered to draw conclusions about you. Furthermore, analysis of the hash value of the email address provided is to enable any objection to advertising to be excluded in compliance with the law; the legal basis for this data processing is Art. 21(3), Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR.

Our presence on social networks and platforms serves a better, active communication with our customers and interested parties. We inform there about our products and current special offers.

Use of YouTube videos
