About the author: Torsten Berning was born in 1963 in Kassel, Germany. Today he lives with his wife Sylke in Belgium and has two grown-up daughters. Since 2012 he is author for travel memoirs and camper van guides. As a specialist in marketing and organisation he also works for various motorhome manufacturers. Even after more than 250,000 kilometres they are still infected by the virus and have travelled every corner of Europe. In his spare time, the whisky lover likes to spend time with his wife and dog on cobbler's centime or by bicycle. Here the motto applies freely after Goethe "One does not travel to arrive, but to travel!
