Too much moisture in rooms can be harmful to people and also to objects and equipment. Excess moisture condenses on surfaces and forms the breeding ground for undesired mould growth. The airdry DESIGN BOX not only removes excess moisture from the room air, but is also decorative and environmentally friendly. By using cardboard and a folding box (patent pending), up to 80% less plastic is used than with conventional salt drip systems. The active granulate used (E 509) is produced according to food standards and is used in food products.

1. The bag in the box removes the excess moisture from the room air. First the granulate becomes solid and forms a hard unit.
2. Once the granulate has absorbed enough moisture, it gradually dissolves and drips off as liquid into the collection container. Depending on temperature and humidity, the granulate absorbs moisture for up to several months and finally dissolves completely.
3. The collected liquid can then be disposed of via the spout. The empty granule bag can be disposed of with the household waste and the airdry Design BOX can be reactivated by using an airdry refill pack.
