Product description
Protects water tanks against freezing in external temperatures down to -40 degrees C.
The Ultra-Heat tank heater is affixed to the underside of the tank.
The heating foil was originally developed for space technology. It is insulated with special foam and has excellent thermal conductivity.
The heating filament that carries the current only takes up approx. 15 % of the actual heating surface, making it resistant to stone impact.
Protected against overheating, thermostatically regulated, high-tech product with special adhesive coating.
Easy to install by sticking it onto all fresh water and wastewater tanks up to 110 litres in volume.

Once the ambient temperature around the tank falls below 7 °C, the ULTRAHEAT tank heating system begins to heat both itself and the water.
If the ambient temperature around the tank reaches a value of 19°C, the heating process is terminated.
These switching steps ensure the water is reliably kept free from frost and at the same time power consumption is kept to a minimum.
