Dino KRAFTPAKET Battery Impact Wrench 260Nm Set

The cordless impact wrench from Dino KRAFTPAKET is powered by a high-performance air-cooled motor. The robust aluminum housing accommodates a compact planetary gear and an impact mechanism made of full metal. The brushless technology and the full metal gearbox and impact mechanism ensure a long service life.

With this innovative technology, the motor is driven by an electronically generated rotating field. This eliminates the need to change brushes, which no longer exist with this innovative technology.

The electrical efficiency is higher with brushless motors, hence a longer operating time from one battery charge. This is further supported by the SAMSUNG SDI® cells which with their well-known quality stand for durability and performance. The motor is cooled by a fan. The cooling air is sucked in at the foot of the impact wrench. Then passed over the control electronics in the handle and the engine. At the top of the motor above the side air slots, the warm air exits.

For a perfectly tuned torque, the speed can be adjusted in four stages up to 2800 rpm via the switch. This allows for a screw-protecting slow start when setting up and then switching to full power for loosening/tightening. When the switch is released, the machine stops immediately without overrunning. The changeover switch for clockwise/anticlockwise rotation is conveniently located next to the switch. Precise and fast work guaranteed !

An LED light integrated in the housing ensures optimum illumination. After switching off, the light remains on for approx. 6 seconds. This is very helpful when using to put on a new screw without already switching on the impact wrench.

The impact wrench has a ½" external square drive suitable for all common ½" ratchet boxes and sockets. The square has a ring spring against losing the nuts during operation. The ergonomically designed plastic housing has a rubberized grip area and fits securely in the hand with a favorable center of gravity. Cooling air flows through the handle and stays cold.

A replaceable 18V 2Ah lithium battery with SAMSUNG SDI® cells provides the power. The battery has an LED charge level indicator with five LEDs. A quick tap on the charge status button and the remaining energy is instantly displayed.
With the included powerful 3 amp fast charger, the battery is quickly recharged. For a long service life, the individual cells in the battery are monitored separately in the charge with an intelligent charge management.

Three VPA®-tested long sockets are included in the common sizes 17, 19 and 21mm. Long sockets are suitable for wheel mounting. The German VPA® Institute has tested the quality of the sockets. They are therefore suitable for the tough requirements of impact wrench operation.

There is a practical belt holder at the base of the housing. No bending down while working to pick up the machine.

For convenient storage and transport, the plastic case with space for all the above-mentioned parts and a second battery, which is available as an option (one battery is included in the delivery).
