„The first installation was fairly simple. A hose and a suitable wrench are included. The whole thing is then connected to the gas cylinder with a low-pressure regulator (we will also get a "click coupling"). Then just open the flap and off you go. That was roughly a time investment of less than 5 minutes.“
Wie stabil steht der Gaskocher?
„The gas stove is very stable. Thanks to the rubber feet, nothing slips back and forth. Nothing wobbles either. The grid on which the pots stand is firmly attached so that the pots and pans on it don't rattle or wobble. We also have the contact grill plate that comes with it - unfortunately, this doesn't stay in place without slipping or wobbling. You have to try it out a bit before it holds.“
Wie gut kann man auf dem Gaskocher kochen? Wie zufrieden bist du mit dem Ergebnis des Kochens?
„After setting up, we were initially skeptical as to whether the stove would withstand the wind. It was relatively windy and we thought we would have to set up more sheltered from the wind. But that wasn't the case. The flame didn't go out once. Unfortunately, it's difficult to see the flame and you have to light it with a match or lighter. However, we were always able to prepare the food as planned. The heat was evenly distributed and water boiled within a few minutes. The pan-fried dishes also went quickly. As the flame is infinitely adjustable, we quickly got the hang of it and achieved the desired cooking level for the dishes.“
Wie beurteilst du die Reinigung des Gaskochers?
„To our great delight, this is really mega easy. There are few nooks and crannies or unevenness where grease or dirt can get stuck. The surface is smooth and you can remove the grid and lid in one easy step and clean them separately. A clear plus point! Our stove in the motorhome is a cleaning disaster in comparison.“
Wie beurteilst du das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Gaskochers?
„The performance matches the price. We would recommend always purchasing the stove with an ignition safety device. It is very difficult to see the flame and this way you can also play it safe.“
Was sollte deiner Meinung nach an dem Gaskocher verbessert werden?
„The more a stove can do, the more vulnerable it is, of course. However, we would still equip the stove with a lighter. You must always have a lighter or match to hand. Tip: A stick lighter is best here - precisely because it is very difficult to see the flame of the stove.“
Würdest du den Gaskocher weiterempfehlen?
„We would definitely recommend the stove - even more so if it had an integrated lighter and the grill plate fitted better. But the question here is probably whether it's the stove or the plate.“
Overall impression:
„You get a solid gas stove that simply does what it is supposed to do without any frills: Cook. It does this very reliably, and the flame does not go out even when there is more wind. The stepless regulation makes it almost easier than cooking at home on the touch induction hob.“
