According to feedback from the Abus company, they cannot recall any specific case where there were problems with this lock. However, for Abus, this sounds like a problem that can occur in individual cases. That the number rollers are sometimes a little sluggish or jammed, also happens with other lock models from time to time. eg by dust / dirt what then gets stuck in the roller. You have already returned the lock and we have sent you a replacement free of charge.

Laut Rückmeldung der Firma Abus, können sie sich an keinen konkreten Fall erinnern, wo es Probleme mit diesem Schloss gab. Allerdings klingt das für Abus nach einem Problem, was in Einzelfällen durchaus mal auftreten kann. Dass die Zahlenwalzen mal etwas schwergängig sind oder klemmen, passiert auch bei anderen Schlossmodellen hin und wieder. z.B durch Staub/Dreck was dann in der Walze stecken bleibt. Sie haben das Schloss ja bereits retourniert und wir haben Ihnen kostenfreien Ersatz zugeschickt.
